A friend of mine in Grayson County, VA asked me to help with construction drawings for a family homestead down near the New River. He happens to be a contractor and they had a very good idea of what they wanted.

This was a particularly impressive build because most of the framing lumber and siding was milled from Eastern White Pine on site from trees cleared from the lot. This is a true craftsman build, featuring locally harvested wood, locally milled flooring, locally made cabinets, and more!
